We just had dinner at that schnitzel place, on fourth avenue in calgary. It was really good!! super friendly staff, bright inviting atmosphere, and best of all, a unique menu, inspired by an international palette. The restaurant has been open less than a week!
I tried the 'La Dolce Vita' sandwich...all of their sandwiches are served on a kaiser bun with your choice of cutlet. I had a tasty freshly breaded deep-fried pork cutlet on a bed of rucola, sweet onions and a tangy sweet tomato sauce. Yum yum!! Jason had the 'parthenon', which had feta cheese, grilled onions and rucola as well. The flavor of this one was a little stronger. Very hearty sandwiches!! I'm going to try the chipolte sandwich, maybe with the portabello mushroom instead of pork next time!
