This wine is so sweet, it could be a chocolate replacement! (well, not quite.)
Try the 2003 Noble One by De Bortoli (Botrytis Semillon from Bilbul, NSW) - it has an amazingly gorgeous deep golden, intense yellow colour and the light citrus, honeyed flavour will tease your nose. This luscious wine will envelop your mouth with subtle hints of mandarins and peaches, but I think dried apricots really sums it up for me. A lovely way to end the night right.
